SEBI through its circular SEBI/HO/IMD/DF1/CIR/P/2019/169 dated 27th December 2019 has directed all those registered under IA regulations 2013 to display the complaint status on their website.

Step 2: If the client’s issue is unresolved after a period of 10 working days from the date of first raising the issue or if the client is not satisfied with the response received from us, post completion of a 10-working day period from the date of first raising the issue at Step 1, the client may write to the Principal Officer at:

Step 3: If the complaint is not resolved by the Principal Officer within a period of 15 working days from the date of such issues first being raised at Step 2, or if the customer is not satisfied with grievance redressal, the customer may, after completion of 15 working days after the issue was first raised at Step 2, approach SEBI at: https://www.scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html for complaint registration.

Your attention is drawn to the SEBI circular no.SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”. A common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market has been established.
