1. Is Growthvine Capital a Registered Investment Firm?
Growthvine Capital Private Limited is an AMFI-registered investment firm with ARN-176753.
2. How Do I Track My Investments?
We will provide login details of an app as well as a web portal where you can track your entire investment portfolio. You can also access different types of reports from the portal. Another interesting feature that we will provide is that you can also upload your investment assets not managed by Growthvine to have a single pane view of your entire financial portfolio.
3. How Do You Create An Investment Portfolio?
We are firm believers in goals based investing. As an investor, we should have an end objective in mind whilst investing. Thus, we understand the client’s needs and objectives and then based on the risk appetite, we create the portfolio.
Can I customize a Vine?
We will be happy to evaluate your existing portfolio. If it is in line with your goals, it should be continued. Once you start investing with us, your existing portfolio will also show up in our app using a simple process.
5. Why do I need a wealth manager to manage my money?
A professionally qualified wealth manager will help you create a customized financial plan for you based on your goals, income, and risk appetite. He will also help you to steer clear of the fresh ‘hot’ investments which are not in-line with your goals. An advisor will not only help you create a well-researched portfolio, but will also help you stick with it through thick and thin. As the client becomes a more sophisticated investor over time, an advisor can add different products to your portfolio which are slightly more complex or not easily available to everyone.

Growthvine Capital is founded by two experienced investment professionals with both of them having more than a decade of experience. 7. What is your investment philosophy?
We are fundamental investors at heart and that’s where our investment philosophy stems from. We create a core portfolio which would be aimed at achieving your goals, while there is a satellite portfolio where we take tactical calls to achieve higher returns. Our approach is conservative and we try to achieve lower losses than the market, while retaining the upside when the markets are positive.
8. Growthvine Capital does not have an office in my city. How will they manage my investments?
Growthvine Capital is a fully digital organization with the capability to do the entire process – from onboarding to transactions to portfolio review and analysis – online. We have been managing clients across 16 Indian cities and 5 countries. We believe in creating value for your money and it has no relation to where we are working from. Anyone and everyone is welcome to meet us whenever they are Delhi NCR and we make sure to visit each of our clients whenever we are travelling to their respective cities.
9. How does growthvine manage online transactions?
Growthvine uses MF Utilities as the preferred platform for doing online transactions. It is a perfectly safe and secure way to transact in Mutual funds.
10. Do you guarantee any returns on my investment?
All returns shared by us are indicative based on the product characteristics and our experience with them. As a rule of thumb, returns are commensurate with risk and the higher risk/volatility you are willing to accept in your investments, higher the potential returns. There are certain products which do give fixed returns and hence that’s the only area where returns are known, though not guaranteed.
11. Do I have to pay tax on my investments?
Most of the financial products earn two types of income – interest & capital gains. Interest income is generally taxable at the slab rate, while the capital gains taxation varies by product, but in general it is lower than higher slab rates. In any case, Growthvine ensures that the investments are made in the most tax efficient manner.
